hello,

i have samsung omnia t-mobile branded omnia 8gb which is bought from uk.

i have shifted now to india from uk.
and as all knows. t-mobile rom is a joke for us.
very buggy, very slow, very much battery drainer.

i have contacted to t-mobile uk.
   they didn't support.
   then did to samsung uk.
   they didn't support.
   then did to samsung india.
they told me that they can do. but they won't do it in warrenty and if something wrong then they won't be responsible for that.

i am in trouble of ocean.
please suggest me the right way.

If samsung india dont do it under warranty, then u might as well do it yourself.. its faster that way, and also, the samsung india service centre can brick your omnia too. Flashing yourself is usually successful, just follow the instructions or research before you try it.

You can update ROM by yourself. you needn't go to the service centre....
