I've tried the lowlight and tornadopowercontrol apps, but the problem is that "dim" is too dim and "bright" is too bright. I'd like something in between. Can I set to something in between, or change the values associated with dim and bright?

If these are set in hardware and not changable, is there a resistor or other software/hardware change to accomplish dimming?
