Hi, I have a Touch Dual with the touch screen not usable in some areas and one of my friends with the same problem with yours.
I have sent my to the customer service and they told me that I have this problem because I use too much pression with my finger (and my friend too?).
Now they want 148,00€ for repair my Nike, and I say they are completely crazy.
Please need attention when you think about to buy a HTC device!!!!!!!!!
I hope somebody can help me and that advertise can save someone else.
