guys I don't get it....why if I drop the os.nb.new on BuildOS I always get an error that some kind of file is already existing?? I mean it doesn't make sense....I removed it from OEM and left the newest files in the SYS...but now it is like comparing with the files inside the OS.nb.NEW.........is there a fix for this?????

thanks a bunch!

Use the search, the file must excist somwhere.. What file have you got double of??

EDIT: Have a look HERE, it's yet another i900 Kitchen thread, but it use Wozzer's kitchen. You might get on beter with that ;) . It's what i use and it also overwrites files so you should get no error messages

My latest (totally unsupported) roms: 21911 Neo (6.5) - 21057 (6.1)
Both fairly lite roms, don't ask what's included, just try them (at your own risk) ;). These are the roms i use on a day to day basis and they are VERY reliable

Now also on omniarom.com with my own kitchen.

ERROR: Not enough space in Slot 0!

ERROR! platformrebuilder (errorlevel: 1)
Press any key to continue . . .

???

Thanks a bunch!

make sure u recmod sys, needs to be done in any kitchen due to 6.1 kernel. in wozzers kitchen there is recmodsys.cmd, make sure u do that and also clear file attributes (wozzer kitchen only).

Nicklas, ok thanks a bunch for the tip! ;) am trying now everything out you told me! :(.....by the way if use the SztupY's syakr tool to remove parts from OEM.....can I check there remove the .NET 2.0 and then check in the updates tab, update to .NET 3.5? Or do I have to check only in the updates tab .NET3.5 and then it removes the old and puts in the new one? Oh and if I add as OEM package the NET 3.7, would it mess up the sys? :D

I always manually delete .net + flash and upgrade it manually (just add to sys).. .net3.7 isn't always compatible so i use 3.5. (attached, just add to sys). And you need to delete a couple of flash files from OEM (flashlite.dll, flashsnddec.dll and si_inpl.dll)..

Then add EXT packages gradually. If you add a load and get errors you'll never know what caused it. and never include MSTag , normally creates errors :D

You do. It should have been created when you dumped the rom. Do you use DXID1 ?? Just use pako's exe (pinned) to create the exe. I've attached DXID1 csc.bin and eboot ;) . Will ONLY work on DXID1 though...

Nicklas buddy....I just created the same with the kitchen you suggested... it comes out that the rom is bigger than with the visual kitchen...even the XPR compression is on both.

Question....there is a Wozfix for the OEM folder with some XIP components and the "FIX tshres.dll.0409.mui"...do I have to use those 2 fixes????

...I completed now with wozzers kitchen am flashing...

I still wanna ask about the...Wozfix for the OEM folder with some XIP components and the "FIX tshres.dll.0409.mui"...do I have to use those 2 fixes????

THANK YOU!!!!

now ...another problem...the system STARTED ;) but....it says DownloadAgent.exe cannot be opened...and it says in the corner....Beta expires: 05.01.2010.....even though the shell is patched I think.....what the problem???

there are more problems.....most apps that were in the EXT folder were not flashed even though it should be in the pda.bin when I check the log.....
a lot of links are not working when I click for example smartconverter link in the start menu it says....exe is not available or is not signed with valid certificate....however, when I click on the exe it is starting.....

annoying is also that the screen was flackering the first few minutes.....

so what about the lost apps in the EXT....do I have a wrong initflashes.dat?

Wozfix you need for the kitchen to boot, and the fixed tshres.dll.0409.mui is so that you can type in 3 digits in IP settings. Yes, got them both. Make sure you click enable LZXcompression.cmd in the root of the kitchen (for Wozzers kitchen) to make a smaller rom (and more free space). Takes longer though. ;)

Good luck!!
