I'm unable to get the email to work via t-mobile.

Works fine when connecting through wifi, but when connecting via t-mobile getting a "cannot connect with current connection settings" error.

I'm unable to identify a problem with the settings, and as the phone is not yet available direct from t-mobile, they're not that keen to help...

No problem.

You must change your network connection to "T-Mobile Internet" from the default setting "The Internet"

Edit account setup

Advanced Server settings
Network connection Change dropdown menu to T-Mobile Internet

Nice one.  I suppose this leads to the next question - any way to get it to try more than one connection - i.e. WiFi at home (where I have no mobile signal) and mobile when I'm out and about - without having to go in and tweak the settings?

Although I've had other devices do exactly that i haven't managed yet to have the TDII do it automatically.
Some smarter will have tho' I'm sure.
