I did a soft reset on my phone but after it rebooted it got stuck at the "O2 Welcome" screen.  I've tried doing a hard reset by holding power and joystick up like it says on the WIKI and also by holding power and pushing the joystick in like a member on the board has said solved a similar issue but neither of these things worked.  Plugging it into my PC does nothing either.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
