I'm struggling to play some custom sounds as text alerts...

I've tried them on the memory card, in the 'rings' folder under windows; I've tried MP3 and WAV but just can't get them working, what am I doing wrong.

Any help would be appreciated

Put them in the windows folder, make sure you check show hidden and system files if you dont see it, turn on and off and then you should be able to select your custom tone.

There are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

you can also put them into your storage card's main folder /storage card/
and your sound files will be seen to put as ringtones or text alerts  :D

You should copy them in \Windows then choose your fav one from sounds & notifications settings.

Samsung Omnia ► HTC Topaz ► HTC HD2 ► HTC Desire ► iPhone 4 ► Samsung Galaxy Nexus
