Hello,

I have a CDMA HTC Touch Pro from US Cellular.

My phone shows two new emails on the bottom of the screen. Not one of my linked email accounts has any unchecked emails. I've tried a soft reset/restart, but it still shows two unchecked emails. The only thing I noticed is that they showed up after I tried to sync my work email. Any thoughts? How do I get them to go away?

Hi,

I had the same problem.

If you go into one of your mail inboxes then click on the screen where it says "inbox" so that it lists all your message folders you should see one for Outlook Email - that is where your work email will go if you sync.

From there you can just read the unread emails and that will be it.
