I have found these two topics, http://www.modaco.com/content/pocket-pc-cu...u-folder-icons/ and http://www.modaco.com/content/pocket-pc-cu...tion-icon-help/ I have followed the instructions to the letter, but the shortcut comes up with the generic no-icon picture, rather than my custom icon I made for the dll. Any ideas? EDIT: What is the best resolution for WM folder icons? I am currently trying to use 32x32 8 and 16-bit ico files.
