There is an on-device program for Palm OS called "MiniTones", which allows its users to create alert tones (in .mp3 format) by simply picking a file and "trimming" it, using on-screen sliders (see http://minitones.en.softonic.com/palm for screen-shots, which may help you understand what this program does)...

I am looking for a similar program, for Windows Mobile: Standard or Windows Mobile: Classic/Windows Mobile: Professional (I would however, prefer a version for the former, as my primary device runs this operating system...).

Anyone know where I can find such a program?
