This TG01 is a Germeny ver(I can't read it!! just need to guess & turn on my TP to compare....)

, just installing the app right now ...but I also go the "SRS WOW HD" SB problem!! SPB backup 2.02 also maybe a reason of SB... will post a app list which work after I finish installation.

P.S TG01 ready sweet, I'm 80% happy with it

The side micro use plug design really stupid!!

I don't think I'll use it to connect the 3.5mm earphone.

Ok, after few hrs hard play ;)

even I can't read German, I still installed some app & TG01 still alive :angry:

Here is what I did:

1. as most of the user said, Toshiba's UI is totally trash,

installed SPB Shell 3.01, Fast, smooth, eye candy, Great!! It really US$30

2. Installed Chinese support(including Chinese input & handwrite same as HTC) from Studiokuma, actually it's supporting T.Chinese, S.Chinese, Japanese at the same time. during installation, the status bar runs full but never stop, I have to soft reset the device, but after soft reset, the installation looks complete,

read/write no problems!! I did try to install other chinese(not including input), but this still the best one!

3.Resco Explorer 2008, I think I don't need to say anything about this file explorer, It great!

4.Resco Photo Viewer, same as above.

5.Nitrogen MP3 Player & S2P 0.58, in these stage, I like Nitrogen more than S2P(coming ver maybe much better)

6.ENG<>CHINESE speaking Dictionary, for my poor english ;)

7.LedEMU, what's that for? funny! you can input text & your device screen will scrolling as LED, but it's in chinese UI (attached)

8.youtue.cab & Opera 9.5

9.Shutdown shortcut as HTC device(from XDA)

10.RVMB plug in

11.Wifimonster

12.SPB Backup 2.02. Now, I have to backup before I install SRS WOW HD, because my TG01 did become SB in the first time I install SRS WOW HD 1.5.1 fixed from xdalover's post & I have to hard reset.

13. First time I try "SRS_WOWHD_v1.5.1.0_Fixed_BT_Enable_omnia.cab " from leestone2379,

but it didn't work, other reply said install in single cab

a. 2.SRS_WOW_HD_1.5.1.0_OMNIA.CAB

b. SRS_WOWHD_v1.5.1.0_Fixed.cab

c. SRS_WOWHD_v1.5.1.0_BT_Enable.cab

Ok, let me try! click..click...click...soft reset....run WOW setting...soft reset....play some mp3, volume much louder...run Oprea..run coreplayer...turn off the screen for 5 mins.. wake up the screen....AR!! It can be waked up & didn't fall in sleep herself!! In the first installation, TG01 shut down auto about 2 mins after I installed WOW, & I can wake it up unless I take off the battery. This is time around about 30 mins after installed WOW in 3 cab, maybe I need to wait a bit longer...

MP3 Player test:

Nitrogen doesn't work find. I use the screen off button on Nitrogen to off screen,

but can't turn on the screen by short press the hardware on button, I need to keep press the button about 4~5 sec,

then the screen wake up with a shut down window box"ask off or cancel", the BT handfree

also non stable with Nitrogen, it random stop 1..2 sec on Nitrogen . I have test S2P & Media player yet,

will report later.

Its interesting that I can play my music files fine with Media Player (all MP3's @ 320kbps) but using my preferrred (and usually much better) Pocket Tunes all tracks seem to be overdriven with slight distortion, even using the graphic equaliser to tunr down the overall gain.

SRS WOW HD (the 3 file on the 1st post) works find until now(about 20 hrs)

It really make the sound much much louder!! before install, the ringtone sounds almost can't hear.

You should try it!
