BIG thanks from a new member

Hi guys (and especially Paul!!),

I just wanted to drop on here and say a BIG thanks for the work that you've been doing on the Hero. As we all know, the HTC firmware update has just dropped, but as an Orange UK customer I was unable to download it. After speaking to Orange tech support, it was clear that they knew nothing more than me as of 8pm last night.

I then found a great little video from the Unlockr about rooting your phone (never heard of this before??), so I rooted the phone, and found that I was able to load your custom rom onto the handset...WOW!! what a difference it's made to the phone in terms of useability.

So, in essence, I wanted to say a big thanks for all you're doing, and if it's ok with everyone I think I'll stay around and see if I can contribute anything to the community.
