I'm totally new to this, and I 'inherited' the device from my son. I hard reset it and got everything working i required except Bluetooth.
It is branded as a T Mobile MDA and internally says it is a Kaiser. It runs AthineOS WWE and in the Device Information it claims to be Bluetooth version 2.0/2.0 , but has an address of all zeros. I've googled the problem but none of the 'fixes' are relevant. e.g. Disable Voice Control, which is not an option in my menus. Any help would be greatly welcomed.

After much searching found that the ROM AthineOS WWE did not in fact have working BlueTooth. So flashed it with a later version and now have working Bluetooth.
