Has anyone found a working USB sync solution? I'm running a rom that does not come with HTC Sync, and I really need a wired sync solution (corporate policy does not allow outbound/cloud syncing).

I tried to get my hands on Wave Global, but that company doesn't seem to care about sales because they never got back to me. I've also tried Mobile Actions Handset Manager (http://global.mobile...oad/android.jsp) but I can't get it to connect.

Any other options I'm missing?
