Create AccountAbout a week ago my black Jack started to act up on me. I am with att and updated to 6.1 when it came out. My question is can I just reload windows 6.1 and start over? If so how? Where can I get a att rom for my phone? thanks!

have you tryied to hard reset your phone? hold up on the d-pad and turn your phone on.

Mine did that today. Lost my ringtone "Stairway to Heaven." Said the file was corrupted. In fact, only the factory ring tones worked.
Just did a hard reset & now it is working again.
Now I have to put all the settings back to the way I like them.
