I just found key combination to access FASTBOOT, RECOVERY and BOOTLOADER MODE.

hold camera button while turn the phone on. Then it will ask you to select one option
vol up = FASTBOOT MODE
vol dn = RECOVERY MODE

on FASTBOOT it show device as Morrison, FASTBOOT not allow with S-ON
while on the RECOVERY it show the same screen as G1

To access boot loader, Hold menu button and power on and you will enter bootloader mode


Though still waiting to root the device, not sure whether can I extract anything for further hacking
