Hi i just upgraded to 2.8 MCR and i realised that i dont really want to use wavescure. I thought it would be gone when i upgrade to 2.8 since its optional now but its still there. I cant remove it the normal way through application managers. Does anybody know how to remove it with adb?

Oh and also 2.8 seems to make my phone kinda lag and the wireless not work properly sometimes, anybody experiencing this as well?

remove Wave Secure:

adb shell rm /system/app/com.wsandroid.apk

I have stuck with v2.7.1, as that is working fine for me at the moment and others had said they were getting a few issues with 2.8.

ahh awesome! yea i decided to fallback to 2.7.1 cause the issues were getting worse. Hopefully 2.9 will be out soon and all the bugs will be gone!

I just ran rm /system/app/com.wsandroid.apk and that worked for me.
