no cab for it.  I use Homescreen ++ UI with my own custom clocks and notifications, SPB weather, and Elecont Desktop for it.  The transparent taskbars are a result of editing a couple of dll's before building the rom with jacobn's rom builder.  google is your friend and so is search in this forum.
