I've found a way to turn off BTooth without having to go all the way to the Comm Manager. Look in the WINDOWS directory for a file named TurnBTOff. Make a link to it in the Start Menue, then Add it to one of the buttons on the Progras Tab.
You still have to turn BT ON manually
but at least turning it OFF is now painless.
Hopefully someone can use the code ion this App to make a fundtioning BT Toggle program.
