There is a program called dskdump that can extract the binary file, here is the link from the topic: http://www.modaco.co...60/dskdump-2-0/
After that you need to use a program called o2util to convert that binary file to .NB0 (so you can use it with Octans for flashing if needed or just for backup), here is the link: http://www.modaco.co...lity-for-i8000/
