The HTC HD2 quick start guide and user manuals have popped up on the web thanks to this post on XDA-Developers.

As well as showing all the features of the HD2 in considerable detail, they also have "what's in the box", mentioning both a microSD card and a "Pouch", though there are no details on either.

According to the Quick Start Guide you can pinch zoom in the file explorer!
