O2 has announced that by 11th November, you can unlock your iPhone for FREE, but only if you're on Monthly Contract. For PAYG, it's one -off fee of £15 which will be taken from your airtime balance. But the best thing is - it's "Official", rather doing the unofficial "hacks" out there. You will need to fill out the online form at http://shop.o2.co.uk/update/unlockmyiphone.html and it will take up to 14 days for the request to go through.
