I was trying one solution to fix the volume changing during incoming call ring, and forgot to write down the values before changing. Can I remap some of the hardware keys? It's not (yet) possible. Hard reset (using hardware) is not working? We know, it's a bug in the WM6.5 upgrade. You can still reset using this method. My B7620 doesn't have the option to change language? That's right, just flash a new rom. More info over here. Can I extend the QWERTY backlight time-out? Not yet, but there is a thread on it here. My bluetooth headset isn't working properly? Another bug by Samsung, we can't help you B) Why can't I download Samsung widgets? Samsung forget :) You can get an update here.
