Or perhaps are you still under WM 6.1? No I run 6.5 and I tried the 1.0 Version from the official website a few minutes ago which worked as well without any problems. When you start ScummVM for the first time you only have a very small screen which is caused by the fact, that scummvm is written for 320*240. What you got to do is to open the Options and select x2 from the drop-down menu, then restart scummvm and the screen should be larger.
