so i have my imap email working ok as well as my gmail, its set to send/receive every 5 mins but emails take a min of 20/30 mins to arrive to my handset...i don't have the famous proxy setting ticked by the way.

can anyone help?  on my htc hero they arrived almost immediatly.  Can anyone help i really need my mail to arrive ontime.
