joes Theme Changer

this is my second application for modaco.
a small application for changing the windows mobile theme by using the commandline.

it works for all generations of windows mobile.

just edit the lnk-file.


arguments in lnk-file:

-s
(path of the skinfile)

-t
(startup titanium after restart)
don't need to press the upper-left corner to activate the titanium.

-a
(delete a file)
