Is it possible to execute XDA_UC after a ROM secondaryhas been installed - as a kind of secondary installer?

Sorry, I just re-read my original post. Excuse the mistake, please. Fixed ;)

Some Chefs don't include XDA_UC as part of their ROM. My thought was that if there was a way that it could be used AFTER flashing, then it wouldn't matter if the Chef included it or not, you could still quickly and efficiently re-load your favorite apps.

if a chef includes XDA_UC....will it start only once after the ROM is finish loading or can you use it whenever you please?
