You cant, but maybe theres 3rd application witch can do that :) G00000000000GLE.COM

You need a registry editor and this is how:

Go to registry,
HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCMessaging\Setting\Enable Signature

Change value from 0 to 1 and soft reset.

Now you can see an additional option for signature in,

Sms tab\All Messages\Menu\Settings\Options\Menu\Signature
