PDA: I8000HZHIH1 CSC: I8000HBRIIH1 PHONE: I8000XXIG8 i wish to update to win 6.5 rom.....i tried using the samsung new pc studio which i dloaded fr samsunghk website and use the official updater, the pc studio can detect my phone but when i click on select mobile device to update, the dropdown window was blank, updater cannot detect my phone.. Guest c00l23 Posted January 1, 2010 Report Share Posted January 1, 2010 disable your NPS :) i know what's your problem! coz i just had one (the same as yours) hahaha open control panel, device manager, check on your device whether the driver installed is version 5, coz the original one is version 6.1, so you need to update the driver with the version 5 (you can download the driver file inside the forum) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
