I installed this ROM but I had problems with sending and receiving SMS using the included Samsung SMS app.  It comes up with "sending failed" after pressing send.  Incoming and outgoing voice calls worked.  I reflashed with the standard Samsung L5 ROM using same CSC (EUR), EBOOT, PHONE parts and messaging works ok.  I reflashed this ROM and the problem returned.  I wonder if anyone else has the same problem.

I also tried installing the CAB version of Samsung SMS (from CAB Repository thread) into My Device thinking it might put back something that was broken in Samsung SMS but it didn't make any difference.

One more possible bug I found was that keyboard does not vibrate when the Touch Alert setting is set to "Dialer and Virtual Input Pane"l with vibrate only selected

Another possible bug - I couldn't add any favourites int the Samsung phonebook using this ROM.  It would let me select a contact but then it would not add the contact to the favourites (no error message).  On the Samsung standard IL5 ROM this feature is working OK.

Thanks for reporting back on those issues I found.  I tried to translate the PDAViet website myself using google translator but it didn't help much!  Aside from the issues I had this was a great ROM so I will try the newer version when I have time.

There's a newer one then that on the PDAviet forum.  i downloaded it after about 30-45 minutes of Google translator work to register and find the files lol

Good. Testing this JA5 version. only RSS is not working because is no included.
