Impressive, thanks a lot

But can you replace the bios check with this

Animated.gif

This gif (if slowed down a little) will match the samsung startup tune perfectly

Or at least can you tell me how to do it, please  :)

Look for Power_on.gif in \Windows (on the device). Make a backup of that file somewhere else.

Then replace it with your own. ;)

I knew this before but what i'm asking is how to modify the gif. Which software do you suggest  :)

Thanks,

Personally I used Blumentals Easy Gif Animator. I'm not sure what Sparta77 used, but we can sure ask (great job btw, many thanks for your work!). I'm also curious what font have you used for the Bios text.

The Win7 logo looks amazing on the device, and the black Win7 screen is way friendlier than the orange screen, thank you!

[Thanks]

hi bro can u combine BIOS booting and win 7 animated(on post #9)+sound?

I'm not sure if the second image (welcomehead.192.png - that is displayed while os is loading) can be animated. It is not an animated picture, it is originally a PNG image (that can be replaced with any other static image, eg JPG).

I tried it already, didn' work, it just not an animated picture to be replaced by an .gif file

BTW, try my two selections, you'll see a black screen about some seconds between them. Can you possibly make the power_on.gif slower to fill the gap ?

That animation has a delay of 5/100 of a sec. I've created 2, one for 7/100 and other 10/100. Let me know if you need more.

7 msec and 10 msec

Thanks mate! What gif tool do you use and what font did you use for the text?
Ulead Gif Animator, font: TT "Consolas".

It will be complete if there is also a "Windows is shutting down..." screen.
Coming soon. :)

Silly question:If uninstalling Bios PC and Windows7 boot screen, original starting screen will seen again?
If uninstalling,- Yes (WM6.5).
