Guest adzman808
hi all, i'm sure this is something you all know how to do, but in case its any good to anyone... i couldn't find a setting to make the battery icon always on in the taskbar so if i wanted to see the battery status* I had to tap on the clock to change to the battery display (or start/settings/pwr!) which annoyed me !! so i played in the registry & made this change & it seems to replace the clock with the battery icon :-) the only downside i've noticed is that taping on the battery icon isn't capable of taking you to the power menu, which doesn't bother me ============= WM 6.5 go here in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\TaskBar & make both values a 1 (or change limitedclock to 0 if you want the clock on all the time) ============== as ever, back it all up 1st & do it at ur own risk! HTH? cheers Adam *i see in other topics that the battery gauge isn't renowed for being really accurate!
