Hi
When composing an email do you need to manually type the email everytime? Even if you have the person you want to email in your Google Contacts?

No, you can type the first 2 letters and it will show you the contacts you have with those initial letters.

Here is a video of it. It's from Nexus One but works the same on other phones.
