Is anyone here having problems with their N1 or Google CS?

I saw this item on the Daily Mail site

I must say it does not make nice reading (assuming it is true of course) but I did take alook at the Nexus one site and it seems there is no real customer support available and if it is like the rest of Google support it can take weeks for them to get back to you my current record is three weeks! I had actually forgotten what the problem was when they did email me!

I hope this is just a media scare story but............

I honestly don't care, i don't expect to be making use of their support.

See the thread on 3g connectivity issues a few threads down.

I have issues on O2 with the N1 where my Pulse on O2 is fine.

Yes i still won't be making use of their support as i already know it's a known issue :)
