This is my 1st released ROM (basically it's for my personal use), so it might not suit everybody.

ROM is release 'as-is', there is NO garuantee that any, or none, of phone functions will work after flashing this ROM. (Anyway, it's working on my phone).

ROM specifications:
- ROM based WM 6.5.3 build 28205 (Thanks Da_G for the based ROM)
- OEM from 1st ROM released on Jan 2010

Removed:
- Online Widget, Most ringtones, images, Connected Home, Filemanager, Games, Help, Midomi, tcalendar, tclock, Podcast, RSS reader, smart search, smartsync, Taskswitcher, themes, Video editor, Recorder, Windows Live, marketplace, Myphone, Msn weather, Msn money, opera, application store, rich internet, games, photo album, youtube and CHome.

Preserved:
- Samsung Settings, Samsung MMS-SMS, Smart Converter, Smart Memo, phonebook, samsung keyboard, adobe reader, Touch Player, FM Radio, Blacktheme and Classic Blue theme.

Added:
- Removed Security warnings, SDK Certs, some modified registries, NetCF 3.5, xda_shutdown (thanks to DaveShaw from XDA) and m.carroll PureBlack3 theme.
- Button 1 --> Mapped to Samsung Settings
- Button 1 hold --> Mapped to WM TaskMgr
- Button 2 --> No change
- Button 2 Hold --> Mapped to xda_shutdown

Bugs:
- Vertical scrollbar in samsung dialer. (switch to wm default dialer if wish).
- Let me know if there's others :)

Thanks to:
- secany for ROM upload
- rodrigofd and wes58 who initiated this customized ROM project
- wes58 for his guide
- pako777 for his great i900executor
- gigges and weisun and acwan
- sorg for his dump tool and information
Let me know if i missed out any names.. :)

Hi everybody,

i also have :

edit: ! C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\fantomas\Desktop\GT-I8000\Roms\pda-150110-kstan-ulite.part1.rar: Packed data CRC failed in pda-150110-kstan-ulite.nb0. The volume is corrupt
! C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\fantomas\Desktop\GT-I8000\Roms\pda-150110-kstan-ulite.part2.rar: CRC failed in pda-150110-kstan-ulite.nb0. The file is corrupt

Then when i try to download it again,i have on MediaFire:

Invalid or Deleted File The key you provided for file download was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on Mediafire. This occurs when the file is removed by the originating user or Mediafire. If you believe you have reached this page in error, please contact support. Click here to view our help resources

Am i alone to get this?

Same for me, WINRAR repair it but I'm not sure to flash it...maybe it's corrupted

Take no risk with this. Let's wait for a new upload. Which file is corrupt?

Hi, KSTAN, is your cooked ROM solved the Phonebook "Favourites" issue?

If yes, do you might make it as a cab for me?

Hi KSTAN, Thanks for this ROM release. Does it have any other input such as Block Recognizer or Letter Recognizer apart from the Samsung Keypad that you said you preserved? As much as I love ROM 6.5.3 the absence of any other input apart from the keypad makes it unattractive to me because I have to input a lot of information QUICKLY into my omnia II everyday ( I partly use it for work) which is not possible using only the Keypad. Or is there any tweak around this.? If there is I would appreciate you or someone show me how. Thanks

How about the Photo Album?

it's one of the important program for me as there's no other photo viewer out there that is just as great as this.

Nice, lean rom.

Kinda curious though, Smart Converter, Smart Memo and adobe reader.

Wouldnt they be usually considered optional?

If I remember correctly, there are cabs for them.

Or in your case, removing them doesnt save much space anyway?

Just curious, not critical of your work at all. :)

really good ROM, fast and stable.
few wishs, if not too many :)

1. keep default WM Titanium
2. keep the Samsung photo album
3. keep auto detect/configure internet & SMS/MSM
4. built-in shawcase taskmanager
5. Samsung large indicator (if possible)

thats it so far. overall performance is very fast and stable. thank u

Very good ROM for me, but ...
Samsung MMS-SMS, you really are maintained? Because I was unable to activate them, from register even?! I use another keyboard, settings in "System> Input Method", are not active and I can not set it up correctly. Lacking in standard WM settings too.
Congratulations to work and good luck!
