.NET CF 3.5 Not working?

Hi, I have installed .NET CF 3.5 from Microsoft, It installed fine, I also installed .NET CFG, it shows 3.5, 2.0, Default, I chose 3.5. I opened Camera Aware to see what version Im running but it just says 2.0, I have tried to do the overight settings,

still shows as 2.0, Please can you help me to get 3.5 working!

Registryeditor -> HKLM -> Software -> Microsoft -> .NetCompactFramework -> Change value for the 3.5.xyz to 1 rest to 0 and Softreset.
