The question is in title...

I'm going to buy a new mobile phone...

I had in mind HTC Hero and Motorola Milestone...

For now I use E71, but I'm looking to change OS (from Symbian to Android)

But, I can't make up my mind...

HTC Hero would be cheaper (Moto Milestone would cost more)

But, realy, I need your help, to tell me witch phone is better...

maby somebody used thoes two phones, and could write a comparison of them.
writing some + & - of both phones...

I got my Nexus One for £380 and it's blisteringly fast, I would say go for one of those.

I have a Hero. It is very good. My only problems with are the camera is not very good at night or indoors.

When it gets the Android 2.1 update I will be a happy person
Due for an upgrade from T-mobile hoping for Sony Ericsson X10 or Htc Desire or Milestone.
You can get the Milestone very cheaply if you are looking to get it with a new contract.

I recommended Nexus One, Desire, X10 or Beam

Hero for me is quite old and not that powerful.
