So if I upgrade to a 2.1 Rom, do I just do a Titanium back-up and then keep my EXT partition as it is or is it best to wipe clean and start again? I'm in the UK on T-Mobile - Problems: Gallery - still get garbage if changing orientation. Guest Steve7 Posted March 4, 2010 Report Share Posted March 4, 2010 Tried the Villain 3.0 thing Its not too bad still bit slow at times and cant seem to adjust to it So just restored modaco 3.0 which is much faster and responsive Im gonna wait until modaco 4.0 comes out which is made from a ROM which has been specifically made for the Hero not a ported version like the one used in all these 2.1 roms from the droid Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Am p*ssed that half the HTC widgets are missing and no Root!! Hopefully he'll sort it tonight and I'm staying with Villain then... need root for Titanium backup!! Working brilliantly for me...!
