Please help, how do I input unlock code?

Hello,

I got unlock code for my device but I can't figure out how do I enter into prompt. Keyboard is not showing up, just input box, you can see it on video below. It just appears there is a place for keyboard there but it's empty. I have to go to Windows menu just to show keyboard. Even after I managed to input code pressing Enter does not do anything as you can see in video.

Any ideas what do I do now? Device is flashed with HardSPL and I tried different versions of ROMs (6.1 and 6.5) and all of them showing this issue (inability to enter SIM unlock code).
