Does anyone know if there's software for Windows Mobile Standard that can dump GPS info into a txt file? Preferably something with a small footprint and doesn't take up much memory or cpu. I have a spare Blackjack 2 since I switched to the Epix a year ago and was wanting to use it purely for GPS purposes. Many I've tried won't install on the BJ2 because it has no touchscreen. I've tried Catfood tracker which worked great however, it doesn't record the time stamp which is required for geotagging. The output file does open nicely in Google Earth tho. Using it on the Epix is not an option because the GPS is turned off as soon as the screen turns off. Another app I tried is GPSed but the GPX file it outputs can't be used for some reason. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks

You can use gpsVP (free) http://code.google.com/p/gpsvp/
or GPSdash2 (cost) http://wimobi.com/gp.../files.sph2.php
for this purpose.
GPSdash2 states however: "The registration process for GPSdash is on hold for the moment. " So you may have to contact the developer for a license.
