I have created empty folder name /boot and forgot to remove. After the phone restart the boot struck and i got Invalid boot header. How could I fix this, please help.

Anything stopping you booting into recovery & removing the folder via adb?

how  could i mount  and access to rootfs

Ah    Sorry, I thought that seemed too straightforward. My grasp of linux doesn't extend very far at all. If you don't get an answer here perhaps you could try xda or one of the android google groups?
