First sorry for my poor english.
My account Picasa don't synchronise with my HTC Legend. Perhaps someone can help me to do this.

I had similiar problem since my User-Name & Password on Picasa did not mmatch my gmail User/Pwd.
Need to enter the Correct details in Picasa setup on your phone.
