1.) Turn of phone take out batter and put it back in.
2.) Download stock PDA(mst file), CSC,phone
3.) Open OCTANS 2.14
4.) Add the stock PDA, CSC file and phone part
5.)Check in octans the options Preserve devices content's and very important the option start downloading immediately
6.) Hit detect
7.) Plug in the phone
8.)Good luck

it worked for me but only if you have the bootloader screen

Hi I tried flashing a friends rom with no good battery and then only the samsung logo comes up, I tried also the other program you say but sometimes it hangs up so I restart it.
and then when i do it again it finishes ok but nothing happens on the phone, please help

You should use Octans with a rom and enable "Start Download Immediately " and Detect.

Connect your phone turned off, Then do a hard reset.

I have tried grandprix and a rom that did the trick, it seems like the phone wasn't accepting some roms for any reason.
Now everything is perfect.

I had this problem  "no charging image download csc binary" today and solved it easily.
Download these tools and flash your omnia 2 .
