Desire SMS app

I put on ChompSmS last after reading it in one of Pauls recommended app threads.  The problem is though whenever I get a text the original SMS software appears as a little icon at the top left of the device along with the little ChompSMS icon evn though I have made Chomp the default.

Anyone know how to sort this?

Open the default app and turn off notifications in the menu

lol thank you.  Can't believe I couldnt fingure that out for myself.   ;)
