Sometimes the software version of soft reset didn't work. So I took a nail file and made a notch just big enough so that my stylus could hit the reset button. LOL your stuck i910 era ;) I thought the same, as you look at the screen the lower button (button 2) on the side (also can be the ok button). just below it WHEN you TAKE OFF the battery cover is the reset button.Real accessible Samsung.
