This video shows you how to flash your Omnia 2 under Windows 7 32 & 64bit operating system.

If you follow the video's instructions you can easely flash a new ROM to your PDA.

The programs/drivers what mentioned in the video:
Attached File  OCTANS_Downloader_v2.14.zip   340.26KB   10427 downloads
Attached File  CDMA_Modem_driver_4.34.zip   476.5KB   11435 downloads
Attached File  USB_Driver_X86_32bit.zip   65.34KB   9652 downloads
Attached File  USB_Driver_X64_64bit.zip   59.43KB   8818 downloads

Watch it and happy flashing!

Update:
I attached the X64 driver.
The method is the same, but you need to turn off the Win7's driver signature enforcement:
Restart your computer. At the boot screen, keep pressing F8 and you will be lead into the boot menu, select disable driver signature enforcement and click ok.
After that you can update the MIT driver with the 64bit version.

I attached the X64 driver to the first post. The method is the same, just update the MIT driver with that one.

Try this:
Restart your computer. At the boot screen, keep pressing F8 and you will be lead into the boot menu, select disable driver signature enforcement and click ok.

That should work.

Hello guys. Just moved up form omnia to omnia 2. But i can't flash the damn rom. with omnia 1 had no problems at all. Flashed it over 50 times.
Here i just can't manage to do it, although i've followed every step.
I'm using windows 7 x64.
Let me tell you what the problem is :
after following all the steps, when i press detect, i get these errors
1. WINUSB_Initialize 1
2. WINUSB_QuerryInterfaceSettingError 1
3.WINUSB_QuerryPipeError 1
4 SetPipePolicy 1
What is to be done. I can't say i'm a total noob about, but i've run out of ideas.
1. I set the boot option
2. i've reinstalled the usb mit driver using the procedure
3. i've reinstalled the cdma driver
But i just can't do it. Any ideas? Thanks alot
