Hi there, myself like loads of other people, have been having major issues getting Google Maps to work as intended now with Sat Nav, Street View and Voice Recognition.

I have tried various methods to successfully get this to work and have posted the method over at my blog at:-

Essentially to get it working I had to uninstall previous Google Maps and other Map apps, then install latest version of Google Maps and Google Voice Search. <shortened version>

I tried it on my acer Liquid and it all worked fine

Got the sexy girls voice too!!!
