Thought I'd post it here

A member from the iPhone Dev team, Planetbeing, has made it possible to put android in multiboot on the iPhone 2G!

You can see his blog here : http://linuxoniphone.blogspot.com/2010/04/...quietly-in.html

And for the people who want to try it themselves, this is a good guide: http://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/index.ph..._iDroid#Purpose

I followed the guide myself on my old 2G, and it does work! Of course it's just in alpha state, and there aren't a lot of things that work. I can't even unlock my sim lol :P

But I still think this is a great thing, and once this gets optimized, the iPhone finally has a great OS too  :o
