I create a new topic because there are so many questions in the other.

How can we put App2SD in our rooted Htc legend ?

Is the file app2sd the same for Legend and Desire ?

Thanks for your future answers :P

I am not 100% certain on this, but I have done a spot of reading and it appears that you need to have access write access to /system on the phone and from what I see, certainly for r1, that was one of the limitations. I am not 100% certain if this limitation has been removed in the current (r3) version, but I don't think so.

So, in other words, as yet, we cannot run apps2sd, however, I am sure that with the Legend source code now available we might stand a chance of getting it soon™.

Hope that's of some use to you and please, correct me if I am wrong, as that was one of the reasons I was wanting to root the phone.

Okay thank for your answer.

That's the same thing to "swap" the phone or not ?

Sorry, I don't recognise the term "swap", so I can't even offer a guess at an answer, sorry.
