why can't I entre the bootloader model?

followed all the instructions, but the device kept staying on the T-mobile screen instead of the blue one....when I held volumn down, red key and turn on

something wrong?

If it stays on the t-mobile screen it's either in fastboot mode or firmware update mode..

nothing wrong at all, if u hold volume down and red button that puts it in bootloader mode.

on the t-mobile pulse this just hangs on the t-mobile screen when u turn it on.

so ur doing nothing wrong :(

hold down volume down button and red button while turning it on, hold em for about 5 secs, then u will be in bootloader mode. u cant tell its in bootloader mode, it just stays on the t-mobile screen.
